In 1990, Bob returned once again to freelance audio
engineering while working around the clock on the creation
of a computer program which he conceived years earlier
on the road and called the Software Audio
Console (SAC.) The concept behind SAC was the virtual
live mixing desk - essentially, remote control operation
of the actual analog portion of a concert mixing system.
He felt this software design was destined to have a huge
impact on the audio industry. |
